Flexible schedule
Can’t make it to regular group classes? With private Taiji lessons, I work around your availability — morning, lunch time? weekends? in person? online?

Individual attention
Prefer not to train in a group setting? Or maybe you are already a regular student but wouldn't mind additional input regarding some particular issue you're working on? One-on-one sessions allow for full focus and in-depth corrections. I'm always happy to support your progress at your own pace, with adequate and personalized guidance.

Train for health and resilience
Dealing with chronic pain, tension, or old injuries? Taiji can support your recovery and help prevent future issues by retraining movement patterns, improving joint mobility, and calming the nervous system. While I don’t replace medical professionals, private sessions let us target your specific condition with care and attention.

Refine your movement (even if you're coming from other sports)
If you have a background in sports like golf, tennis or boxing, Taiji can be really insightful for alignment, grounding, coordination, balance and body mechanics. Our style is extremely precise in these regards. Having developed skills allows me to notice in others the same difficulties I went through and overcame. Through private training, we can explore how force is generated and transmitted, how structure supports fluidity, and how unnecessary tension can hinder efficiency. Many athletes discover that Taiji deepens their body awareness and sharpens their technique.



Note on private lessons

I don’t offer private coaching to fill a schedule. I offer it because I value and enjoy focused work with people who take this kind of training seriously — or are curious and eager to explore it. One-on-one sessions create space for trust, listening and sharing of knowledge. This format suits people who appreciate a calm, attentive environment — a space I personally thrive in, as opposed to a performance-based one. You don’t need to know in advance how far you want to go. It’s enough to start and see whether this kind of practice feels right for you.

Sessions are available in English, German, French, or Italian, and can take place in person, online, or in a hybrid format.

If you’re curious, motivated, but don’t want to commit to a predefined path, this package is an invitation to explore together — with enough time and continuity to let something real take shape, without pressure to “decide” anything upfront.

🌱 Explorer Package: 4 Private Sessions

This 4-session package is meant for people who want to discover what kind of practice fits them. Rather than following a fixed curriculum, we use these sessions to shape a personal approach to training and a practice — which may draw from martial art work, meditative practice or health-oriented movement, depending on your goals, background and how your body responds. There’s no need to learn a sequence of movement or even label the practice as taiji, qigong or anything else. Between sessions, you need to take some time to explore the practice on your own. What we shape together only works if it continues beyond the lesson.
